Job Details

The successful candidate will be responsible for working directly with management and the Labour Hire Consultant team in a joint effort to achieve successful outcomes in the recruitment process. You will be working in an exciting fast paced environment where your ability to process information, make sound decisions and respond to deadlines will be key in securing the role.

We are looking for:

  • An individual with real spark and personality who will contribute both professionally and personality-wise to the great culture in the office
  • Someone who enjoys hard work along with variety
  • Ability to develop and maintain active candidate networks
  • Someone who can handle the administration component of the role but also be proactive in assisting the company as a whole

Core tasks will include:

  • Providing crucial administrative support to our Recruitment Consultant
  • Ensuring candidates are regularly contacted and assisting the Consultant to identify suitable candidates for vacancies
  • Reporting on recruitment activities and compliance
  • Performing visa and criminal record checks as requested
  • General marketing administration support
  • Assisting in accounts payable and weekly time sheets
  • General business administration support
  • Managing / developing company documentation and systems
  • Managing office systems and keeping things up to date

You will be highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise multiple deadlines. Furthermore, you will be proactive and take a keen interest in supporting the consultants by going the extra mile. No experience in the industry is necessary.

Exceptional IT skills and written and verbal communication are an absolute must in this role. Prior experience in an administrative role is key.
