We have two opportunities in our Parks & Recreation Teams in the role of Coordinator. 

The first role, Project Coordinator, reporting to the Senior Project Leader (New Capital), will support the capital delivery of new built parks assets, including developing a portfolio of minor renewals. The role will ensure project documentation is complete, and appropriate engagement with stakeholders and the service delivery team is undertaken.

The second position, Planning Coordinator, reports to the Senior Operations Planner, and will support the capital delivery planning of newly built parks assets, including the planning of minor renewals. This role will also ensure planning documentation is complete, and appropriate engagement with stakeholders and the service delivery team is undertaken.

Our ideal candidates will be organised and have 2-3 years of experience working in project planning, coordination and / or business administration. You’ll be customer focused, collaborative and self-motivated. Both of these roles are pivotal positions supporting our teams to deliver our goals of connecting the community to the Council, ensuring that the needs and feedback from the community are an integral part of how the Council makes decisions.

The recruiting range for this role starts at $51,000 per annum and could be negotiated for the right candidate.
